Genesis’ 2:18 The Lord God said it is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him. (Verses 21 to 25, tells how a female was created from the man so that the union of male and female is bonded in the act of marriage).
Genesis’ 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife and they shall be one flesh
Proverb 18:22 whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing and obtaineth favour of the Lord.
Psalm 128:3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house, thy children like olive plants round about the table (the union of male and female as ordained by God is of the process not only of wife and husband having a relationship but the ability of the fruit of the womb in bearing offspring in the relationship i.e. the building of a family)
Proverbs 5:18 Be blessed and rejoice with the wife of thy youth (God clearly blessed marriage).
